Alex Pereira is a dual British and Portuguese national in the final year of a Business Management and Finance degree at St Mary's University, London. In 2023 he tried to apply to ISEG in Lisbon: separate portals, a sworn translation, an apostille, a grade conversion nobody would confirm, and no one to ask. He gave up, and in July 2025 incorporated Graduate Anywhere Limited to build what he needed.

Since then he has written the business plan, built a prototype front-end for course discovery, shortlisting and fee calculation, secured the graduateanywhere and graduatefinancing domain families, and begun the regulatory and route research set out on this page. He is currently the sole director and works on the company alongside his studies; university and school outreach starts this autumn.
