What this site is for
This website provides information about a planned UK-outbound university application service and, on the Investor Relations subdomain, information about a planned fundraising round. Nothing on either site is an offer or invitation to invest, immigration advice, financial advice or legal advice. Forecasts and fee figures are indicative management estimates and must be checked with each university or authorised adviser before you rely on them.
Interest registration and accounts
If you register interest or create an account, you must provide accurate contact details and keep them up to date. We may refuse or close registrations that appear abusive, automated or unlawful. Confirmation emails and account tools are provided as-is while the pilot is being prepared. Separate terms will apply when paid application services launch.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, submit other people's personal data without permission, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and design are owned by Graduate Anywhere Limited or its licensors. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy substantial parts for commercial use without prior written permission.
Privacy and cookies

Liability
The site is provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of third-party figures, or that university admissions outcomes will follow from using this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

We may update these terms as the pilot and related services develop. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
